Returns & Exchanges

At MUTANT®️, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right so you can get back to your training without distraction.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping mailer and attach the prepaid return label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear within 5 business days of arrival, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
